is new we will start it up. We have |

customers prefer the pool to be |
| vacuumed out by
the person opening the pool. |
| We will comply
with this as it is an integrated |
| part of a good
pool maintenance schedule. An |
| additional
charge does apply. |

| ***Safety covers
/ elephant covers are an |
| additional cost
for the pool opening and closing |
| maintenance. This is a one time
fee upon the |
| opening and closing of a customers
pool and |
| includes the cleaning and storing of
the cover. |

| We also recommend that a water
sample be |
| tested 2 days before the closing
date. The pool |
| water needs to be balanced before the
date of |
| your closing. This helps to insure a
good opening |
| by allowing the chemicals added in,
to do their job |
| efficiently. |
